Anna Hinzer obtained her law degree from the Universities in Münster and Moscow. After passing her 1st state examination, she worked as a research assistant and lecturer at the University of Münster and the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Essen, which included postings at an international commercial law firm and at an international corporation in the energy sector. She has been a member of the team of the law firm Kopp-Assenmacher & Nusser since April 2020. Anna Hinzer was admitted to the bar in May 2020.

Anna Hinzer advises medium-sized companies, municipalities and public authorities on all matters of waste and water management law, nuclear energy and planning law. This includes in particular the requirements for waste management activities and plant types. In the field of planning law, she supports private and municipal companies and, in the field of nuclear law, federal and state authorities.
